The rough-cut stone fireplace rises two stories in the vaulted living room,and large glass windows surround the open spaces. A large modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms have their own entrance to a balcony that overlooks the water through gabled windows; a fourth has bunk beds. 3 half-baths and 1 shower/bath.

Policies, Terms of Service & Specials

All Chalets are rented by the week during the Peak season with the exception of Sandpiper which can accommodate shorter stays during the summer.

Prices subject to change without notice. All of our prices are per cottage and include the number of guests indicated. Over minimum occupancy, please add $25 pp./day. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and a 6% service charge.

MEAL PACKAGE RATE
Includes breakfast, 3 course dinner and light housekeeping daily. 
Children under 12 are half the adult rate and children under 3 are free (applies to M.A.P. only). $60.00 pp./day.

SPRING MID-WEEK SPECIAL

May 13th-June 21st   -  40% off when you stay 3 or more nights ( Sun-Thurs )
May 13th-June 28th -  25% off when you stay 2 nights or more ( Sun-Thurs )

FALL MID-WEEK SPECIAL

September 4th -October 11th - 25% off when you stay 2 nights or more ( Sun-Thurs )

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of 25% is required upon reservation.

The amount will be credited to your account on your confirmed departure date. A separate cleaning deposit of $250 will be required upon check-in. This amount will be returned in full provided your rental unit is left as upon check-in condition.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

30 days notice is required for a deposit refund, except for July/August, in which case June 1st is the last date of refunds. A $50.00 administration fee applies to all cancellations.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check in time is 4 pm. Guests arrive earlier are welcome to use resort facilities. Check out time is 10:30 am, otherwise there will be an additional half-day charge.

DIETARY REQUESTS

Dietary requests will be honored if the Lodge is notified on booking.

WATERFRONT & OTHER FACILITIES

The waterfront and other facilities of the lodge are only for our guests. Visitors of registered guests must check-in at the front desk. There is a charge of $10.00 pp./day to use our facilities.
